Best Christian Songs of All Time

As the music director at my church, I’m the keeper of the song list for our worship team. Finding good Christian songs that are worthy of singing in church is a challenging task. So I decided publish this list of the best Christian songs of all time I keep in our repertoire. These are songs I feel are theologically and musically sound. I purposefully left out hymns because I believe hymns should be in a category of their own.

This list is not exhaustive, so if you have suggestions for songs you think should be in the list, please post them in the comments section.

I’ve credited the original artist where the information was available, approximate release date and also listed the artist or covering band that each song is linked to.
